Each member charity has a four-digit code number next to it - these numbers are used to designate gifts on the campaign pledge form if you are participating in the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC).  Employees participating in corporate, state, or other types of campaigns should not use these codes and should check with their campaign coordinator or the campaign materials provided for instructions on designating gifts.
