Payment
Early Bird Registration is available for $350 if you register before March 15, 2010.
After that date the fee will be $395. Payment in full is required to process your registration.
A separate registration form is required for each participant and must accompany your payment.
Seminar Location
For the convenience of participants, all seminar events will take place at the hotel.
Reservations will require a credit card and a deposit for one room night.
Deposits will be refunded for rooms cancelled more than 72 hours prior to arrival.
